800z Partners terms

- Commissions. Rates are set by The 800z Credit Club and shown in your portal. Commission is earned only on payments actually collected for memberships purchased through your link; refunded or disputed payments reverse the related commission, which can make your balance negative until new commissions offset it.
- Referrals lock at first payment. The partner credited is the one whose link the member used before their first successful payment. Self-referrals (your own memberships) earn nothing.
- Team commissions are paid on your direct recruits only. A suspended partner earns nothing while suspended.
- Payouts are on demand through Stripe to an account you control. You must complete payout setup, a W-9 and the compliance module first. Instant payout fees are deducted from your payout.
- Conduct. No spam, no misleading income claims, no impersonating Jimmy Silva or The 800z Credit Club, no paid ads on brand terms without written approval. Breach means suspension and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
- Changes. The 800z Credit Club may change rates or terms with notice in the portal; changes apply to future payments only.
